Secondment of technical personnel

Using this information, we place the technical staff member who best fits the profile. We also regularly consult with both the employee and the client. With short-term projects, the emphasis is often on providing support during a culture change at a company. When Yourtech seconds an employee somewhere for a longer period, the engineer will still be in contact with Yourtech every week to discuss progress. Yourtech technical staff will always be placed for a two-week probationary period first. This provides the client with sufficient time and opportunity to see whether the person fits in at the company.
